If your appointment requires paperwork to be filled out, the paperwork should be sent to your email address on file.

24-hour cancellation required. Missed appointments will be subject to a $50.00 no-show fee.

There is absolutely no smoking on the property (this is due to severe allergic reactions to smoke)

We ask that you refrain from using heavy scented items such as colognes, perfumes, cosmetics or sprays. Our office tries to maintain a scent free environment, but there are certain smells used for wellness treatments which may include the use of fragrant oils or aromas as well as commonly used cleaners and chemicals used for the service of hearing aids as well as commonly used household items. Please inform our office should you have any sensitivities to fragrances.

At times there could be a pet on premises, should you have concerns or require the pet to be removed, feel free to let us know and we will make adjustments.

My office is also my home. I welcome you and hope you are comfortable. We are still doing some renovations and ask that you watch your step and mind the construction areas. We would also like to ask that you use the front door which will lead you to the waiting room. Our staff will assist you when you arrive.
