Who are We?

Bonnie has been in the hearing industry since 2005. She has had the privilege of starting as a receptionist and working her way through school to become a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist.

She has worked all over Southeast Saskatchewan running clinics in Carlyle, Yorkton, Melville, Regina and Moosomin. Her recent experience was managing the very busy hearing center at Costco in Regina.

"I am so excited to move back to my home town. After hearing many of my patients say it is such a long drive to get to Regina, I am pleased to provide this service in a growing area that feels like home."

Heather , and her family, has been a resident of Moosomin, Saskatchewan, since 1987. She has been involved within the community volunteering at the Community Theatre for 25 years, Kinnett’s Club of Moosomin, and community events such as fundraisers, voting centers and more.

We are excited to have Heather on our team as our office manager.

Hearing & Wellness by Porch Light was created to provide a safe place for anyone to come and get help with their hearing difficulties.

Hearing & Wellness by Porch Light focuses on not only an individual’s hearing health, but their ability to understand and communicate with those around them. We also want to raise awareness of the hearing disabilities and how to notice the signs, encourage future educational opportunities for students and others to improve the access to assistance, and to work with other professionals to improve patient care. 

Hearing & Wellness by Porch Light offers the newest technological advances in testing and amplification, as well as counseling and rehabilitative exercises to better improve a  patient’s hearing and understanding ability. We also work with family and friends of the patient to help raise awareness of the signs of hearing loss and the difficulties faced by those who are affected by hearing impairment. As already mentioned, raising awareness of hearing loss and how to reduce the risk and how it can be prevented in certain situations.
